KARMA WELLBEING MASSAGE
This ‘wow’ massage sequence co-created by Karma’s senior therapist team, focuses primarily on your back, feet, shoulders & neck. Assists to release tired and tense muscles while enhancing deep relaxation. Highly recommended for those who spend long hours on the laptop. The treatment is a blend of incredibly soothing Swedish massage techniques, acupressure and gentle Thai stretches – all of which will leave you feeling completely relaxed, happy and at ease.

SOUL REFLEXOLOGY SESSION
Slip off your shoes, zone one out to the sounds of the waves and let Karma bodyworker’s do their thing with your feet, soles and legs. Reflexology encompasses the gentle yet firm pressing of the feet and leg area to improve circulation and energy flow throughout the body.
