Meeting Package
Based on minimum guaranteed attendance of 10 persons, we are pleased to offer the following arrangements:
- Half Day Meeting Package
Inclusive of lunch & 1 x coffee break with snack
(08.30-13.00hrs or 12.00 -17.30hrs) - Full Day Meeting Package
Inclusive of lunch & 2 x coffee breaks with snacks
(08.30 – 17.30hrs).
Rental Fee for AV Equipments
There is a fee for other audio visual and conference facilities equipment others than the meeting inclusions. Please contact sales@karmaresorts.com for further enquiries prior to the event.
WIFI Connections
Wireless Internet connection is available free of charge in the meeting room and Grand Residence
Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars; based on per room per night.
- Rates are subject 10% service charge and 11% government tax.
- Based on minimum 2 nights stay and minimum guaranteed attendance of 10 Persons.
- All Rooms are king bedded for single occupant and Twin/double bedded for Two occupants.
- Daily buffet breakfast is chargeable at USD 25++ per adult per day/ USD 10 per child per day.
- No alcoholic beverage is included.
- The resort’s check-in time is 14.00hrs and the checkout time is 1200hrs
- Villas are subjected to availability upon confirmation of group.
- Rates is non commissionable and are nett rates

Karma Resorts will tailor the menu as requested. The Chef is more than happy to discuss special requested menu to surpass your expectation.
